Radley and Princeton University educated, Tom won Silver in the coxless pair in Paris (2024) and Bronze in the Men’s Eight in Tokyo (2020). He completed a MPhil in Real Estate Finance at Cambridge University and competed in the 2022 Boat Race.

Tom used the Covid lockdowns to his advantage, breaking the 5km indoor rowing World Record with a time of 14.53.9 and became the UK record holder (and 10th fastest ever) in the 2km with a time of 5.39.6.

Switching to row in the coxless pair, with long-time friend Ollie Wynne-Griffith, victories in Lucerne and Belgrade claimed the World Cup Series and they won Silver at the European Championships and Bronze at the World Championships (2023).
