Henry has been a strong youth middle distance runner since u13, maintaining consistency at the top of the British rankings almost every year, along with having a wide range of abilities from the 800m up to cross country.

In the 2022 track season he achieved a breakthrough winning the English Schools and SIAB International 1500m, along with going 5th all time in the 3000m with 8.15 and breaking a 42 year old record at the English National Champs 3000m.

In early 2023 he went on to have his best cross country season winning the National Cross Country Champs and placed 3rd in the British Cross Country Champs.

Henry is based in the east of England training with a small school group coached by Mark Goddard. Domestically he represents Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers.

Henry is a competitive yet friendly character, still studying at school. He is also a huge football supporter.
