Jack began his career at Nottingham Forest and made his professional debut on loan to Mansfield Town. Following his release from Forest, he moved to the USA where he joined Minnesota United in the NASL. After a short spell in Minnesota, he moved to Florida where he joined the Jacksonville Armada becoming an integral part of the team and scoring 10 goals from his midfield position, earning his the prestigious NASL Young Player of the Year award.

After a year in Jacksonville he moved to southern Florida for a season with the Tampa Bay Rowdies. A short term loan from the Rowdies to Utah based Real Monarchs followed, which was made permanent ahead of the 2019 season.

2019 proved to be the most successful season of his career to date where he captained Real Monarchs to the USL title for the first time in the club's history.

Such was his success in Utah, he was snapped up by Landon Donovan to spearhead San Diego Loyal's Western Conference campaign.

At the end of the 2022 season, he was recruited by Mark Lowry at Indy Eleven as an integral part of their squad re-build, leading the team into their first play-off campaign in 5 years.

Jack lives in Carmel, IN with his wife and two young children.
