Jade first appeared on the international stage in 2018 when she finished 7th in the heptathlon at the World U20 Championships.
She rose to prominence at senior level in 2022 when she won bronze for England at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. She subsequently went on to finish 7th at the European Championships representing Great Britain. Her score of 6255 puts her 2nd in the British rankings and ranked in the top 20 in the world.
In 2023, Jade was invited to the World Championships by virtue of her world ranking of 12th. However, her score of 6255 fell short of the British Athletics Q standard so she was not selected. Jade competed at the Olympic Games in Paris (2024), finishing in 10th place..
Jade trains in Sheffield under the guidance of John Lane and continues to represent adidas when she competes internationally.
